Refund policy

At Clabi Hairline, we take pride in providing premium quality human hair. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we have a strict but fair return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • All hair products must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Items must remain in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Any product that has been altered, worn, installed, cut, styled, colored, or tampered with is not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Wigs

  • Hair bundles

  • Closures or frontals

  • Customized or made-to-order items

Once these items leave our control, they cannot be resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved cases will be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we made an error.

Final Sale

All sale items, promotional purchases, and discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
